Relax time

10pm rolls along and I finally got my feet up for the day. It has been busy the last few days. Nothing out of the ordinary just lots of work and time with the kids. Susan has been busy with her school work so I have tried to stay out of her way but to no avail. Good thing that her assignment was due today as having a wife on Weight Watchers and stressed out from school and work is not cool.

Tonight Susan had "Date night with Dad" so I took the kids to bible study by myself. Everything went as scheduled except I probably ate too much pizza which will lead me to a different problem tomorrow. I have a 20 miler starting at 9:30am (As we have to pick up the kids cookie dough from Gymtastics) so I think I may be backed up a little by mile 10. Good thing I stayed away from the chili peppers.

We were advised today that our CycleOps 200E was in stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to pick it up until Thursday as our schedule until Thursday is packed and it does not help that the LBS is not open past 6pm Mon-Weds.

Saturday: AM: Pick up Cookie dough, run 20 miles, football game at 2:30pm and church at 6:30pm
Sunday: AM: Susan has Sunday school, Simon soccer at 12pm, Kamden is at a friends at 2pm.
Monday: Work, Afterwork kids have Gymtastics
Tuesday: Work, Blood Donation at 6pm
Wednesday: Work, Susan and I to Ruth Chris' for supper, New Kids on the Block concert, Simon to MVP Soccer practice @ 6:30pm

Should be a fun week adding in 4am workouts and what not.
